- Min 2.5 year recent working experience in Business development domain
- Prior experience of bidding for web and mobile app projects on Upwork or similar platforms
- Understanding of client requirements and providing solutions
- Experience of handling international clients and leading project to conversions
- Candidate should have good communication skills both written and Oral
- Candidate should be a self-learner with strong desire to grow in an organization.
- Should have a professional sales approach with a zeal to generate business
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Place bids on online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc. using company account
- Placing genuine and relevant data on bids as per the requirements specified by the client
- Managing accounts on these platforms and optimizing the company profile
- Generating leads from these portals and handling the communication with the client during pre-sales stage
- Providing estimates to clients and leading project towards closure
- Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies

Skills
- PHP Framework: Codeigniter
- Min 1 year recent experience with codeigniter framework
- Should have done at least 2-3 projects with codeigniter framework
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
- Frontend technologies: Ajax, JavaScript/JQuery, Angular JS, HTML/CSS
- Database: MySQL
- Third party API: Should have worked on common third party APIs like Facebook, google, payment gateways etc.
- Candidate should have atleast average communication skills and should be a self-learner with strong desire to grow in an organization.
- Should have strong programming, debugging experience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a website that meets client specification and improve overall site functionality using PHP frameworks
- Ability to work on long terms projects and in a team structure
- Create efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules/libraries for future use.
- Follow standard coding guidelines and best practices

- Experience in generating international leads from various online channels like LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Good experience in creating email marketing campaigns and generating valid leads from it
- Handling initial level interaction with client for generating and validating lead

- Should have vision for expanding the reach and setting up outbound sales channels
- Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate leads using outbound approach of email marketing, cold calling and social media channels
- Manage generated leads and take them towards closure
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns targetting specific industries, locations and generate business
- Participate with manager and come up with ideas for lead generation
- Providing estimates to clients and leading project towards closure
- Daily reporting to manager for work done and defining strategies
